- one payload family serves one graph UI surface family
- payloads may bundle series rows, timeline slots, labels, display order, and annotations
- graph UI should render these payloads directly rather than reshaping `derived/extraction` at request time

Rule:

- graph payloads are view shapes, not canonical or reusable extraction tables
